Our Story

BM Maintenance and Remodeling, owner Brian Martsolf comes from a family of carpenters and tradesmen. He started out maintaining apartment buildings for local property owners and managers. His business grew to provide maintenance and handyman services to residential customers and existing and new homeowners. Soon, light commercial clients rounded out BM Maintenance and Remodeling to make it what it is today!

Brian seeks to provide all his customers with the personalized level of service that they deserve. Providing professional, quality home improvements and repairs since 1995, BM Maintenance and Remodeling has been providing both commercial and residential clients with general contracting handyman services.
